Where is my order?

Please be advised once you place your order our team will ship your order within 24 - 48 business hours. As soon as it is shipped you will receive an email with your shipping information.

How do I make a return?

How long does it take to get my refund back?

Depending on your bank you should see your refund reflect your account within 5-7 business days from the day it is processed.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

You have 30 days from the day of purchase to return and exchange your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Our turn around time is very small. However you may send an email, to intercept the shipment.

Why are items missing from my package?

We are currently working on our website and ensuring our inventory is all accounted for. If you are missing an item it's possible your items were refunded. Please contact us and info@poppington.com for further information.

Do you ship international? Do I have to pay custom fees?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please be advised international shipping is 8 - 15 business days and the rate is different for every destination country. You may check the rate at checkout. Please be advised some countries do require you pay custom fees. Poppington Clothing/ Dame Dash Studios is not responsible for these fees.

I ordered a Pre-Order item, When will I receive it?
